The Orchard Location
The Orchard is marked in orange below.
Orchard Cottage has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with over-bath shower plus an extra loo. There are 4 outside steps leading to the front door and no internal steps. French windows take you out from the living room to a large balcony area with garden furniture and steps lead down to the meadow and fruit orchard.
In the living area there are comfy sofas, 55″ Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen at one end. This holiday cottage also has a dining area with pine table and chairs. Beds are made up with duvets & bedspreads and a cot & highchair are available on request. Linen, towels, gas and electricity are all included in the rental with free laundry facilities in the separate laundry room.

Cancellation: In the event of you needing to cancel your holiday, we will try to re-let your cottage. If this is possible, your money will be refunded, less £30 handling charge. If we are unable to re-let your holiday then none of the monies paid to us can be refunded. We advise you to consider to take out cancellation insurance which can be done through the booking process.
